Thank you for your purchase of Cudlobe Angus West Beef. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Thank you for understanding, and please contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping Policy
* Large beef orders may be sent a second invoice to cover the cost of additional shipping materials. In this case, the customer will be emailed the second invoice (sent to the email account used during checkout). Your order will not be shipped until the second invoice has been paid.
Items offered on our website are only available to be shipped to physical addresses in Alberta, as our products are inspected at the provincial level only. Shipment to remote locations is not available at this time. Customers with rural and residential addresses please consider shipping to your nearest UPS access point to ensure timely delivery of your frozen beef. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using dry ice in an insulated package through UPS. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat.
Orders ship once weekly on Tuesdays in order to ensure that perishable items arrive cool before the weekend. Order cut off for the week is on Sundays at 8 pm MST.
We also offer free local pickup for orders, as well as local delivery* (for orders over $100, and within a 50 KM radius of our location).

We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions.
